Cancellation Policy 1:1

At AC Gundogs, we understand that sometimes plans change. We also ask that you respect our time, as cancelled appointments are often difficult to fill at short notice.

• Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge with a minimum of 48 hours' notice.

• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged at 100% of the session fee.

• Appointments rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a rescheduling fee of 50% of the session cost, payable before the new booking is confirmed.

• If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice, the full session fee will remain payable.

In the event of a genuine emergency or exceptional circumstance, we may, at our discretion, transfer some or all of the cancellation fee towards a future booking. This will be considered on a case-by-case basis and is not guaranteed.

By booking a session with AC Gundogs, you confirm that you have read and agree to this cancellation policy.

Events, Workshops and Training Days

Places on training days, workshops, holidays and other events are booked exclusively for you and numbers are limited.

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event will receive a full refund, less any non-refundable booking deposit (if applicable).

• Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable, and the full balance remains payable.

• If we are able to fill your place from a waiting list, we may, at our discretion, transfer your payment to another event or issue a refund.

• If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to arrange for someone else to take your place, subject to prior approval from AC Gundogs.

As with private training, genuine emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis, but refunds or transfers are not guaranteed.
